1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hhbaje ("hhbaje", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the hhbaje website located at https://hhbaje.net and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the hhbaje service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms should be read alongside the hhbaje Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and hhbaje. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional materials, these Terms shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the hhbaje Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 18 years of age. The hhbaje Platform is intended exclusively for adults. We do not permit use of the Platform by any person under the age of 18, regardless of parental or guardian consent.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

4. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had your account suspended or terminated by hhbaje for any reason.

It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that their use of hhbaje complies with all laws and regulations applicable to them in their jurisdiction. hhbaje makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond the scope of its intended operation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the hhbaje Platform, including placing bets, accessing live casino tables, and making deposits and withdrawals, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the hhbaje Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment method details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and must keep that information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. hhbaje will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. • Non-Transferability: Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, sold to, or used by any other person. Allowing another person to access or operate your account is a breach of these Terms.
• Account Currency: All hhbaje player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and transaction records are displayed and processed in BDT.

hhbaje reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to carry out additional identity verification procedures at any time as required to comply with applicable policies.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

hhbaje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. hhbaje does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your hhbaje account balance within two minutes of the mobile wallet transfer confirming. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but hhbaje endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly.
• Verification Before Withdrawal: hhbaje reserves the right to require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal request. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. hhbaje will not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return any such funds to the source. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hhbaje does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Any conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside hhbaje's control.
• Dormant Account Fees: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. hhbaje reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior notification to the registered email address.

5 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the hhbaje sportsbook. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by hhbaje. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. hhbaje reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed stated limits, bets placed on suspended markets, or bets that hhbaje has reason to believe form part of a coordinated attempt to exploit pricing errors.
• Odds: All odds displayed on the hhbaje sportsbook are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In the event of a manifest pricing error, hhbaje reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Sufficient Funds: You must have sufficient cleared funds in your hhbaje account balance to cover the total stake of any bet you wish to place. Bets cannot be placed on credit.
• Cricket Markets: BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other cricket competitions are available as first-tier markets on hhbaje. Match result, innings runs, top batsman, fall of wicket, and other cricket-specific markets are subject to the cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided by hhbaje where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event does not start within 24 hours of the scheduled start time and is not subsequently rescheduled within a reasonable period; a manifest pricing error is identified; or applicable rules for the relevant sport or competition require voiding.
• Disputes: Any dispute relating to a bet must be raised with hhbaje support at [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant event settling. hhbaje's decision on betting disputes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review procedures.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

hhbaje may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Eligibility: Each promotion will specify its own eligibility criteria. Players who hold multiple accounts, have previously abused promotional offers, or whose accounts are under review may be excluded from promotions at hhbaje's discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in that promotion's terms. Where no wagering requirement is stated, the default is 1x the bonus amount.
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds or free bets not used within the stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically without compensation.

• hhbaje's Right to Withdraw Promotions: hhbaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect the wagering progress of a player who is actively working through an existing bonus.

7 Responsible Gaming

hhbaje is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. The Platform is designed for entertainment purposes only and should not be used as a source of income or as a means to resolve financial difficulties.

• 18+ Requirement: As stated in Section 2, the Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. hhbaje actively enforces this requirement and will close accounts found to belong to minors.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hhbaje Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and/or legal action where appropriate:

• Creating or operating more than one player account on the hhbaje Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent verification stage.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the hhbaje Platform — including but not limited to the hhbaje brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds compilations, data feeds, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hhbaje or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment as a registered player. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or transmit any part of the Platform content without prior written consent from hhbaje.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform using automated means.
• Create derivative works based on any hhbaje content or intellectual property.
• Use the hhbaje brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without express written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hhbaje excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform, including interruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside hhbaje's reasonable control.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, results, or market data displayed on the Platform, provided that hhbaje takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon discovery.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays in processing bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transactions that are attributable to those providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits hhbaje's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy & Data

hhbaje collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hhbaje implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure session management — to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. hhbaje does not sell your personal data to third parties. Where data is shared with third parties (such as payment processors or game content providers), it is shared only to the extent necessary to deliver the services you have requested.

12 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal settlement procedures and any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

• Outstanding Bets: Where an account is closed by hhbaje due to a breach of Terms, any open bets may be voided and any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the player.
• Self-Exclusion Closure: Accounts closed at the player's request as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion will be treated with priority. hhbaje will make reasonable efforts to ensure that self-excluded players are not contacted with marketing communications following closure.

13 Amendments to Terms
